The concept behind this item is great! However, it really needs to come in different sizes. I've enjoyed trying to get it inserted but it is simply too large for the diameter of my urethra. I'll keep trying... maybe my hole will stretch with practice. Ideally, though, the manufacturer will consider a narrower design for us average guys.

I agree with one of the other reviewers about how addictive it can be. I've found that long term use also enhances the flacid length - make one 'hang' a bit longer.
At first the inserted device didn't stay in while urinating. The urine tended to make it come out due to urine pressure. I did find ejaculation worked fine though, not being at quite the pressure of the urine stream. I would think that a larger hole and opening through the center might help - a manufacturing correction.

Additionally, I've found that inserting this unit a little more dry (after urinating) and using warm water rather than lubricant worked better - I can now urinate without worrying about the unit slipping out and going into the toilet. I think that this unit should also be offered in different sizes - albiet the center hole should be
enlarged if possible.

A couple of months ago, I saw the Thru-Hole Penis Plug on The TLA website. To say the least, I was very intrigued. Although it seems a little expensive, I had to order one. The Penis Plug did not come with any instructions, but it was obvious that it would be necessary to use a good lube with it. I first tried a sterile, water soluable lube, but found it more irritating than benneficial and it dried out quickly (ouch!). Then, I tried Elbow Grease. It didn't stick very well, but it worked OK. Next, I tried petroleum jelly. That worked much better, but I still needed something that was even more slippery and would be soothing and long lasting - still there to provide good lubrication when I pulled the Penis Plug out after wearing it for hours. That turned out to be vitamin E oil. When putting the plug in, first coat it with the oil and insert it as deep as it will comfortably go without going all the way in. Pull the plug out and re-coat it with oil. Then slip it back in gently without going deep enough to lock it into place. Repeat the process one more time. That will thoroughly lubricate the inside of your penis, so that you can now comfortably push the plug all the way in, until it "pops" into place. The first couple of times I used the Thru-Hole Penis Plug, it was a little scary, but it is addictive. The more I wear it, the more I want to wear it. It is the best sex toy/jewelry I have ever used.

Tried this product and could not get it to insert past half an inch. Its too wide. Unless the hole in your penis is extremely large, its not going in.
