I was very impressed by the QUALITY of the cinematography, the acting, and most especially the WRITING in Walk A Mile in My Pradas. Many funny jokes and one-liners that don't cause eye-rolling. Yes, it's based in some generalizations, but so are MOST comedies and most sitcoms on television. [This is BETTER than most of the tragic sitcoms on the air today]. It's well-written, well-executed FUN, and I laughed out loud many times. I especially think Nathaniel Marston gave it 100%. We've all sat through waaay too many sub-par "gay movies" where the actors seemed unbelievable because the writers had given them terrible lines to "make real." In Prada, everyone's believable, in on the joke, and along for the ride. Loved it. A great time.

Overall, I really enjoyed the film. I would give it 8 out of 10 .
I noticed the review from Tyler and while everyone is entitled to their opinion, I was at the Hoboken Film Festival and everyone there laughed at enjoyed it. the way that review by Mr. Pirner is written, seemed like a personal vedetta, which is too bad cause I thought the film was funny and touching. There definately were a few cliches maybe overdone but the story was moving, the acting was good especially the guy who played Tony, I've seen him before, not sure where, but he was great. It was nice to see a film that appeals to both a straight and gay audience.

I bought this film in time for Christmas and watched it with my whole family, and EVERYONE was cracking-up! In a small way I agree with the grouchy guy from the philly film festival who gave the bad review in that there were some cliched stereotypes, but overall I thought the acting and thel film were both great. The film was also very touching.

Judging by the unprofessional tone of that review, it sounds like that the philly guy has a very personal problem with someone involved with this movie.

It is also has very funny & poignant script written by Rick Karatas & Tom Archdeacon.. In "Prada" Tom Arnold is spot on as the boss of a Hollywood based construction company. I read up on the film and it was shot beautifully on the RED Camera on location in the sunny, lush, beautiful Los Angeles. It stars "Nathaniel Marston of "Love Is All There Is" with Angelina Jolie, Mike Starr (ED WOOD) Dee Wallace (E.T.) Kirsten Lea (Storage) & Bruce Villanch (Hairspray the musical).

WOW Tyler Pirner so sorry that the Philly Q fest did not embrace a real story about discovery, love, and understanding . "Prada" is not trying to be anything but a current and relevant film about realizing that we are all the same no matter your sexual orientation. It was a packed house at the Ft. Lauderdale film festival and 8 other film festivals nationwide with the audiences laughing quite robustly throughout the film. FYI is has also been the official selection opening night film of the Idyllwild Film fest this January 12, 2012. COOL -- SAME FILM DIFFERENT VIEWS....
